s a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect.
In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, TNG advises that:
•the trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding the pre-production capital expenditure
estimate for the Mount Peake project (noting that while an update will be provided, work relating to the
capital expenditure estimate is ongoing and TNG will not be in a position to provide a definitive pre-
production capital expenditure estimate for some time);
•TNG requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday
20 October 2022, or until the earlier release of an announcement in respect of the above matter;
•TNG expects that the trading halt will be ended by an announcement to ASX in respect of the above matter;
and
•TNG is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
