You hit the nail on the head ! FBR could complete an entire subdivision and the dwellings would sit there, idle for years without trades to follow through . Question is where are all the trade gone , we’ve had boom times before and always managed it was never like this . Who’s to blame ? Covid ? Australia counting on imported trades ? Government not contributing to training? What’s the answer? No one want to work? New transition from manual labour to automation ? Respect
