    My objection is not to his desired outcome but the dictatorial tactics that he is using to get his outcome.

    Personally from my research his reputation wouldn’t be as repugnant if he stated that he would be happy to go along with one vote per shareholder!

    From my research, even taking this risk, the result will still be in favour of him achieving his desired outcome!
