IMO the only one that knew anything about mining U has packed and left for a better offer.
the ones left are great at mining pockets.

From memory the last 3 cap raisings are now well and truly under water.

Where will be the next one?
IMO Insiders are having a field day scalping this one.
This is not going anywhere until management come clean with the market. but maybe the damage done can not be reversed.
