Its a super cheap play on lithium with no funding/dilution issues in some very hot areas.
Spin off will unlock value as why own RTR when you can own 25% of the project with a pre emptive right and no dilution for drilling. The first corporate that comes along for the project will ring Mackerel first.
Over 200 holes being drilled and you only need a small amount of luck and you are off to $1b valuation.
