how do i transfer my company $ to a trust, page-28

I originally loaned the company money which i have now withdrawn...the $1mill in the co is all earnings that has had the tax paid on it.


All the profits in the are company are retained...the only money thats ever been taken out was the initial loan i made to the co to get it started and i paid myself a 80 grand dividend last year
