my concern is Boral style takeover. In this instance Boral was take over by Seven group who paid no premium. This was achieved by creeping up the registry.
I suspect this is the concern of the chairman for Myer. She is happy for a buyout but this needs to be done at a fair premium… through clever, tactical business moves we can see through Boral takeover that retail shareholders can get a raw deal..
