a month and a half later we have this out if left field announcement
see screen shot from the last paragraph of that announcement
could Citi be shorting this stock only to then finance the capital raise for "free" funded by the fear of retail pretty much.
would need to see the entity that's been buying up and also who and what investors will be involved in the capital raise.
all IMO and just a theory.
