Don't get me wrong I would love to see this come through also. But it does clearly say "with a view". Also, the way it is worded does allow them some leeway around when it is to be completed and "a timely manner" is completely open to interpretation. In my view the way it is worded means they technically don't have to provide extensions to the date either.
It is what it is and they are working on something huge so I say take the time to get it right. At the end of the day I'm in this very long term so 1 month / 2 months / 3 months doesn't affect my view. Obviously, others position on it may be shorter term and so scratching for announcements is inevitable.
