Forget the dividend but how about a buyback?, page-2

    Great analysis, Mitchdon, thanks.

It feels like something should happen soon, with the earnings we are making now, and the recently completed NT drill about to add more.
A dividend or buyback - either would suit me, but I think the 2 biggest holders are probably not in great need of cash just now, so maybe it will be a buyback.

I've been steadily increasing my holding for years. I hadn't really thought of it as buying back, but I suppose it is.

So if the company does decide on a buyback, what does it mean for us smaller holders? I suppose it pushes up the SP from a simple supply & demand view, and then there are fewer shares, so the MC is divided among those fewer shares which again tends to push the SP up. (The bought-back shares are usually cancelled, I think?)

Like many shareholders, I'm mystified by the low share price and the tiny amount of shares traded these days.
Our P/E is 3.09 while the average ASX 200 P/E ratio is 25.63 Surely things must change sometime??
