Have seen other companies sell assets/equity in the past for much less than market cap and others for much more the value isn’t always tied to the market cap.
This is why I was very excited to see people like Katherine, Glenda, Conor, Ewen, Ian and now David join the organisation.
They are not the type of executives that will aim to try break even and grow slowly organically. From their backgrounds they are the type that will look for opportunities to innovate and advance the product offerings but also push for commercial outcomes to grow rapidly.
Anteo have neither the resources, infrastructure, capital or technology to build their own batteries or tests in house at scale anytime soon.
If they could either sell a side of the business, JV with a large partner or sell an equity stake with a larger outfit though the game changes instantly.
They have a core technology that will greatly assist both sectors and now they will need to find the best way to make the most impact with its use.
Who knows we might get a clue tomorrow on what the next chapter will look like.

Hope you're right about the new management personnel jand, but rather than another chapter in Anteo's evolution, I'd like to see the denouement at this stage.
