Ah luvsfootie.....my question was in jest

It was that "conservative"..... ahem .....situation that certainly caught my eye !
In fact as soon as your "conservative sig picture" appeared everything else I was focussing on so far as GGP was concerned just flew out the window.

Oh well perhaps I had better bury myself back in the Investor Presentation and concentrate.
