Yes, Par2 was expensive and doesn't bode well for the economics of the project.
And yes, disappointing, no outsiders interested in a placement.
Unless there's a breakthrough with Spain imho PTR shareholders are destined for many years of pain. HDR looks like it will need deeper pockets than these small companies can muster. Drilling simply too expensive, maybe better luck in another decade.
