Ukrainian ferroalloy production kaput
With the Russian drone bombardment the Ukrainian ferroalloy industry is at a standstill. Power is being rationed along with water. And even before the bombardment the government wanted to push through a substantial increase in electricity rates which the industry, Nikopol, Zaporizhzhia, Pokrov GOK, Marganets, said would close all the plants.
