Balla Balla Capex is A$1.28 billion for Phase 1 and A$0.72 billion for Phase 2. This is according to AXO's presentation dated 15 December 2009.
It was obviously beyond a company of Aurox's size to raise this sort of money. Probably beyond AGO as well.
