im getting the sense that the REE/kaolin play is probably uneconomical or at best, borderline, and kaolin is a pretty difficult commodity to make work when i look at ADN (even with its offtakes which took a few years to get) and FYI (kaolin -> HPA but 3 years away from commercialisation (if ever))
the company should focus on its graphite first and once commercialised (and throwing off cash) it should continue to progress the development of the kaolin/REE prospects. no new REE projects have gotten off the ground on the ASX since lynas
