I can fully understand the issues with PB, and shareholders should deal with that matter.
I do not accept that NB is guilty of anything other than doing the right thing. AS far as I am aware he is a Non executive, so the mistakes you claim are his, are most likely that of PB.s or the coy sec, or the PR guys.
I very much doubt he signs off personally.
I have had concerns with the capex for years and thus I am happily not invested in the stock.
