I'd be very careful if i were you and possibly look to getting some legal advice, if it comes out that you are not a holder when you say you are, this could put you FD20 in a very difficult legal position !
Malay is the only decent one here, and given the board have looked after the huge cash in the bank , i see no reason for a change and look to all the newsflow that is pending !

there are hundred of junk companies on the ASX with no cash because management have raped it all, billions of share etc etc
