You need to read Dorfners response where they refused to provide the additional information, this is why IP Australian said you (EGR) can still respond, if Dorfner has no evidence ( only has an argument detailed by IP Australia) the examiners have nothing to validate dorfners calims.
Anyway, that is my assessment, EGR will respond and if they successfully win the appeal, Dorfner are the ones who will be significantly impacted along with its clients RNU
