Yes SA1 is connecting to an AGIG network but that's all been locked away for years now. Brickworks is funding all the development of that project, all DEL has is first rights to build at this stage, brickworks is just a customer at this point with DEL trying to get in on ownership if the project goes ahead. Honestly I'm not all that confident the project will be built on the timeframes DEL gives, brickworks and DEL talk about the project very differently.

What has change with Palisade? Well from the update Hamish did: "under this deal we will essentially recover our development costs on our immediate projects" So that sounds like they should be recovering all development cost spent on SA1 and VIC1 to this point. After all Palisade is meant to be 100% funding the projects in order to get 50% ownership. So we might expect this to include everything from the cost of the SA1 land to equipment ordered and delivered for VIC1, site prep etc etc. None of this was covered in the funding announcement.
