GS have NHC as a sell based on the share price being >1.5 times NAV (book value). It seems a bit rough on a share with a PE ratio between 2.9 and 4.95 depending on whose financials you look at especially as coal prices will stay up while the Russian invasion drags on. Also I understand Chinese and Indonesian coal mines are having production problems from flooding.
