They are obviously disgruntled, but based on the timeline of reviews, are unlikely to have experienced the issues less than 3 weeks apart, you would expect 1 month apart.
Finally, you don't go back to your card provider when requesting a refund on an item. They manage the transfer of funds and not the actual retail transaction. Close to 3/4 of the 1 start reviews appear to relate to (a) not understanding how the authorisations work, and (b) complaining about the actual retailer and not SPT.
