Resolution 4: Approval of Proportional Takeover Provisions
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following Resolution as a special resolution:
“That for the purposes of section 648G of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes, the proportional takeover
provisions contained in clause 5.7 of the Company’s constitution be renewed.”
