Yes I was pushing board responsibility ages ago - these board members have been present through all the previous failings. It all happened on their watch.
You can blame the CEO as much as you like, but the board does have to be accountable for ADOs performance.
I pointed out recently that their experience listed in the AGM documents for re-election did not even highlight their time at ADO - I do wonder how the investor thinks of the these guys - plus they all want additional options to perform - I personally think its time for renewal across the board. We are half way there - may as well make it a clean sweep.
