Amazing that the Chairman would be buying shares before this critical vote. If the company is in blackout during this period, why isn't he personally? I have a feeling this is something that disallowed should investigate. I just hope that when they get around to it he is far away from X64. He keeps wasting money on useless email campaigns and now a last ditch and seemingly desperate attempt to stall what looks to be his inevitable departure. I agree with posts above, it's time for this dude to exit stage left.
