I will give you credit, you GGG boys are certainly Optimists; but you do seem to have trouble with Logic ie putting 2 + 2 together !

The common denominator here is Shenghe, a Chinese SOE with its own Refineries that are currently processing product for LYC and MP

Now both MP and LYC have stated that they intend to process/refine their own concentrates by 2025, after which Shenghe will be left with excess processing capacity.

So what are Shenghe going to do with all that excess processing capacity ? they are gong to look for another source of product to feed their factories. Now they probably mis-calculated with GGG and those rabid Greenies, but Tanzania is in Africa where "Fragrant grease" is still king.

Then, Why on earth would Shenghe agree to sourcing refined product from the UK ? And it would make no sense at al,l to transport it from Tanzania to the UK and then half way back around the World to China !

There is no way that Shenghe will agree to financing $500M to build the Tee-side plant when they already have existing plant lying idle ?.

Besides which, that money would now have to come from China, as nobody else in the free World will come near it with a barge pole !
