Ol "flog me more" telling more porkies as he claims that Russia is about to blow up the kakhovka Dam. Now considering that blowing up the Dam would result in the flooding of the city of Kherson which is occupied by Russians then it makes about as much sense as shooting oneself in the proverbial foot.
So the movement of civilians out of the city makes perfect sense in case Ukraine decides to blow the Dam up. Considering Ukraine won't have the ability to carry out the operation itself they will no doubt be relying on foreign forces to supply the necessary tools and expertise (read SAS) to do the job.
The fact that Zelensky is touting the Dams destruction appears to mean that an attack on the Dam might be imminent.
Could be an opportunity for some decent white water rafting.
