IHL - INCANNEX - Takeover that exceeds a valuation of $10b?, page-9

a reason or 2? (posted some of this this a year or so back and nothing has changed in that time - the IHL opportunity has simply derisked further as it approaches this market opportunity)

what punters don't yet appreciate with the IHL product pipeline is:

no registered CBD product available in the pharmaceutical space over the counter ( schedule 3 approved) in Australia .... the opportunity is wide open.....as amazing as that sounds its true....
IHL is coming at that target with multiple shots on goal as well as 42x and the psilocyn opportunity / candidate
the IHL cbd combinant drug candidates alone will be the first to have been trialed for quality, safety profile and efficacy for indications where there is no current treatment available ( unmet need) or the current standard of care is inefficient and not a cure for the condition but merely treating symptoms

the hurdle for schedule 3 - TGA approval is high.....no one wahts to have a go....
IHL is having a go
quality - verified GMP - cmc module 3 approval as any other approved and registered drug product

safety - trial outcomes must substantiate its safe - no adverse side effects or toxicities,,, schedule 3 up to 150mg per day...no physician involved

efficacy - a label claim must be attached - how many have label claim efficacy? ....only Epidiolex (GWPharma)...no other
on the market globally has such a label claim attached

what is an opportunity like this worth with IHLs' lead cbd drug candidate/s successfully completing trials?
lets just say if they hit the target with just one of the cbd drug candidates then you capture that market globally as the only product in the schedule 3 space ( aside from Epidiolex with is simply CBD oil with an inefficient absorption profile) = $$$$$....wow
