Cashless could well occur and less shares issued as a result. Cash for full amount would be seen as a strong vote of confidence by the directors.
Either way the shares would need to be North of 25c at time of options falling due.
Exercising at circa 23c or 24c to obtain that type of volume which you couldn’t get on market without pushing the price up would be very impressive.
