You do realise that NIB stands for Newcastle Industrial Benefits and was originally linked to the steel works. The reason they are based out of Newcastle is that were conceived there and have an extremely strong link to the region.
I admire that they have and continue to maintain this link. It is not some vague sign of mediocrity and unprofessionalism as you continually seem to infer.
