George has just over 10.4 million shares I assume he bought. He will get a placement of incentive shares as per attached if they get to 8 cents, 10 cents, 12 cents and 14 cents which he potentially can receive 12 million shares and then buy another 10 million excersiable at 10 and 12 cents within 3 years.
