kogarah I don't fall in to the category of "Those who seem to have a good knowledge of matters surrounding the future (possible/probable) listing on NASDAQ " but your query prompted me to have a look at what the criteria are for listing.
There is some good information in investopedia including the following -
- The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million
- The company must have a minimum aggregate cash flow of at least $27.5 million for the past three fiscal years,
There are quite a lot of other qualification which apply and some exemptions. I haven't checked the Anteris situation to see how close we are to meeting them. I suspect it could be a little way off yet.
