Not sure about the OEM market..... as it's very proprietary tech going into the battery, not just cells.
the batteries will have warranties for about 10 years... probably last a little longer with slightly decreased range.
Real question is who is going to pay $15k to replace a battery on a 10-20 year old car??? Most likely cars will be scrapped when the battery dies I'm guessing.
