Yeah this is my final sell sign, they tank the SP by staying silent for basically the entire year then suddenly we actually get some news which is positive and they implement a trading halt? Calling it a material transaction too only for it to be this? I just don’t understand the play here, they couldn’t just drop this non announcement later this week without the TH killing momentum?
