You nailed it with the commentary on insto thresholds for investments. the numbers speak very loudly. The same holds true for every listed company.
As for cap distribution and div being price catalysts, that will only happen once company has a reliable cashflow and "windfall" profits.
Meantime, the only significant price action we will see is if someone wants this all to themselves.
