If you check the latest report and look at the EV on page 11 the embedded value ranges is 92.2 cents including franking credits and ESP loans , remove those and you get 76.9 cents per share . The share price is way under this and the NTA. The issue is finding a buyer in this market , I would assume there may not be any company in Australia as most have already been sold.There is no guarantee of the possible takeover price but fundamentally it is a strong business . Very lightly traded as you mentioned.
