so you'll excuse the states for crying poor despite record gambling revenues, record stamp duties and record GST allocations? How is that they can't afford to pay for essential infrastructure? Should the Federal government continue to feed the states' appetite for waste and incompetence?
Perhaps if Vic was given another billion dollars it wouldn't have gone into hospitals, just another billion on MYKI and cost blowouts on desal? sorry but when someone is financially incompetent you don't reward them with more money.....don't kid yourself.
