Something doesn't quite add up here, why would HVY be going down on some solid numbers?
Either the market doesn't think that they would be able to raise the required funds to move forward or someone just wants out badly, but I have not seen any substantial notice, so looks like retails selling out?
Perhaps we need some kind of solid backing to show we have the money and backing to get to production.
