I think your explanation is closer to the mark than mine, now that I have managed to read the ann properly
"Should Red Sky determine that the project has been successful, the Company has the right to deploy the technology throughout any of its acreage via a sub‐license."
That would in my opinion only relate to CTP acreage if CTP agreed to its use.
But certainly it can be used on acreage that it has in its own name.
