Dj, imo, ppl put $$ into RRS because of Puntland, this is the biggest hope. Texas is just enough for management lunch. Georgia is too early plus need big funding (I think > $50 mil) which is not easy for RRS to get good investors involve while no evident that Georgia will hit any oil.
Kalis, I agree with Vsm that any change must base on good/fair benefit for both local and Federal to cement them together. Look at Afghanistan, Pakistan and so on the power and right of local tribe is very strong. TFG cant just simply take over Puntland. If they dare to do that, they will create big conflict for themselves and US and UN never let them do that. After all I think the situation will be better. RRS/AOI have good chances to success as ANVIL MINING (AVM) did well in Congo before. The only problem is when can AOI drill?
