    I think RI & SPP are too dear. The ratio of free oppies is very small but dilution is so big that not many s/h are happy to put more $$ for RI & SPP. Ppl might have chances to pick up at lower after RI/SPP.

    My guess only, can be wrong. DYOR and good luck.
