Very poor announcement, their energy division was marketed as the scalable and profitable part of the Delorean business model.
They now have realised they can't generate a bottom-line profit and looking to flog it for probably peanuts.
Management are being found out as complete rookies.
They need a proper corporate advisor to handle market communications going forward.
