I received a phone call from a company lobbying for Grok Ventures asking about the 4 directors and increasing the number on AGL board members.
I had difficulties trying understand the person asking the questions but I believe that they mentioned Grok and Brookfield.
Isn’t Brookfield the private equity fund?
Brookfield being a Top 20 company isn’t the norm for a private equity fund!
From my limited understanding, they are raiders on public companies and are indifferent to shareholders.
