    It's good to see NOV discontinue non profitable businesses , they have several subsidiaries/ partnerships so of couse some will fail , with close to $30M in the bank l am pretty sure the money will spent wisely ,
    lots of oportunities out there, If Lifepay was valued at $20M it was not reflected in the SP. .IMO
