pomhat it was said that my modem was faulty yet they are still willing to compensate me for the amount of time stated 'Wednesday 10th of March'. It clearly wasn't my modems problem as i had already tried to re-configure my modem on the first day that the problem arose to no avail. I did it once again today and it works, what a miracle. lol i have no reason to lie mate just doing the public a favour and avoiding any potential customers from dealing with these clowns.
