    Hi all,

    If the article posted by nosurprises has accurately quoted TS, the sale price should be 108m (the cash they would have received) + 35m (the additional cash TS was quoted as saying they would receive) = 143.5m. Pretty damn close to the 150m figure being sought from way, way back.
