Indeed, @ArielStarr89 would you care to comment mate? I remember discussing with you in the not too distant past the fair value of NHC. You were saying this was going below $1.00 at the time, seemingly with next to no fundamental analysis to back up your claims.
Since that time we've been paid well over $1.00 in FULLY FRANKED dividends alone, and we are edging towards $10.00 / share. Of course if you had not sold, I probably won't have to remind you, you would have more than 7x'd your money since then.
I'd be keen to hear your valuable insights.
