I think it's recognition that there has been a lot of negativity around 3D, as a result of the compounding effects of pandemic, weather and mgmt not having focus and urgency.This is a rebranding, but hopefully also represents a change in approach from mgmt. This doesn't guarantee (positive) outcomes of course.
