LOL, Yesterday the quarterly said we retain our 20% free carried interest in Manna to completion and now, just one day later its sold.

We sold 80% of Manna for $13m plus two milestone payments worth $20m and now the remaining 20% for $60m. The way I see it the $20m milestone was tied to the first sale and should be retained by BRB as nothing to do with our free carried 20%. Otherwise, the sale is only $40m if we give up the milestone payments.
