Joye is a master wordsmith and debater. He can form words around statistics that on the surface seem correct and reasonable but upon analysis reveal the true data. Often with Joye it's not what he says but what he doesn't say that is important.

To claim that affordability is the same as 20-30 years ago because now the norm is to have two wages is just so disingenuous.

It's statements like that that loses him all credibility and those of his followers.
